Job Title: Workfront Business Analyst

Job Requirements:

Workfront Platform Expertise:
- Strong understanding of Workfront objects (projects, tasks, portfolios, programs, custom forms)
- Ability to design and configure request queues, routing workflows, project templates, dashboards, and reports
- Familiarity with roles, access levels, permissions, and governance
- Experience supporting Workfront admins, architects, and project managers

Requirements Gathering & Process Mapping:
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions
- Translate business needs into detailed Workfront requirements
- Document workflows, intake processes, resource needs, and reporting structures
- Analyze current-state processes and recommend future-state Workfront solutions

Workflow & Process Optimization:
- Map end-to-end workflows for marketing, creative, IT, PMO, or operations
- Identify inefficiencies and propose automation improvements
- Understand Agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Design intake models, approval flows, routing, and cross-team processes

Reporting & Analytics:
- Build dashboards, reports, and calculated fields
- Define portfolio-level KPIs and operational metrics
- Use reporting insights to drive better decision-making
- Analyze data to optimize Workfront adoption and performance

Technical & Integration Awareness:
- Understand Workfront Fusion capabilities and integration patterns
- Basic understanding of connections between Workfront and AEM, Jira, CRM, Adobe Analytics, or financial systems
- Ability to define integration requirements and collaborate with architects
- Awareness of APIs, data flow, and automation logic

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between business teams, PMO, creative, IT, and Workfront admins
- Translate requirements into clear user stories and configuration steps
- Communicate complex concepts in simple, understandable language
- Build strong relationships across functional groups

Change Management & Training:
- Develop user guides, SOPs, training materials, and best practices
- Support onboarding and adoption programs
- Lead training sessions and platform demos
- Monitor usage and help teams optimize Workfront workflows

Governance & Data Quality:
- Maintain naming conventions, template standards, and governance models
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the system
- Conduct audits and support cleanup efforts
- Enforce compliance with enterprise Workfront frameworks

Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Analytical problem-solving and structured thinking
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and adaptability

**Occasional paid travel to NYC
