Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and manipulate structured data to support analytic solutions
  • Build business intelligence solutions and conduct analysis to identify patterns and trends
  • Develop data solutions to support business analysis and interpret results
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations across the organization
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and build tools such as:
    • Dashboards
    • Data visualizations
    • Deliver activity and value analytics to internal and external stakeholders and clients.
    • Use BI, data visualization, query, analytic, and statistical software to build solutions and interpret data

Required Qualifications:

  • Tableau: Experienced in visualization and reporting development, with the ability to translate complex datasets into insights. Will use for Production support
  • ETL Tools: Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Alteryx or Azure Data Factory, enabling efficient data integration and transformation workflows
  • Power BI: Proficient in designing and developing interactive dashboards, creating calculated fields, optimizing data visualizations for performance, and publishing content to stakeholders
  • SQL Server / Snowflake: Familiar with on-premise or cloud-based data platforms, supporting scalable data solutions
  • Data Modeling & Testing: Understanding of data modeling concepts and ability to support UAT processes with well-structured test cases
  • SQL & PL/SQL: Skilled in scripting for data extraction, transformation, and analysis across relational databases
  • Excel & Microsoft Suite: Solid capabilities in data profiling, analysis, and reporting using Excel, along with broader productivity tools for documentation and collaboration
  • Agile Methodologies: Comfortable working in Agile environments, contributing to iterative development cycles and supporting user acceptance testing

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
