Role: FTM Consultant - AR (FICA/ BRIM) Consultant

Location: Remote

Experience: 7-10 years (Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in SAP FICA)

Job Description

As an FTM Consultant - AR (FICA/ BRIM) Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP FICA processes, ensuring seamless integration with FICO, SD, and CI modules. You will collaborate with stakeholders, lead implementations, and provide expert guidance on best practices within the SAP FICA landscape.

Required Skills
  • Expertise in SAP Financial Contract Account (FICA) and strong knowledge of BRIM/ISU, preferably with S/4HANA experience.

  • Proven ability to design and configure SAP FICA processes, including master data management, account determination, payment processing, dunning & collections, open item management & clearing control, correspondence, and withholding tax.

  • Experience leading 2-3 full lifecycle implementations and serving as a sub-module lead in 5-8 implementations, managing both onshore and offshore teams.

Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, particularly in modernizing FICA processes within an advanced ERP environment.

Role Responsibilities Implementation & Configuration
  • Analyze business processes related to contract accounts receivable and payable, translating them into functional specifications.

  • Design and configure SAP FICA processes, ensuring seamless integration with FICO, SD, and CI modules.

  • Utilize FQEvents to customize enhancements beyond standard functionality when required.

  • Develop functional specifications and UAT test plans for integration with CIC web functions.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to align SAP FICA solutions with business needs.

  • Manage development efforts with offshore teams, overseeing FICA enhancements and deliverables.

  • Provide expert advice on standard SAP FICA functionalities and industry best practices.

Training & Support
  • Conduct training sessions for super users and develop training documentation.

  • Perform system testing, create test scenarios, and support end-to-end testing to validate SAP FICA functionalities.

  • Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring operational stability.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging SAP technologies, and FICA best practices.

  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and contribute to the success of SAP implementation projects.
