Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with strong Python and PySpark experience to join our healthcare analytics team. The ideal candidate will work on transforming and analyzing complex healthcare data to support insights, reporting, and decision-making across clinical and business operations.

Mandatory: -
  • Have solid experience in the healthcare industry
  • Strong in Python, PySpark, ETL, and SQL
Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using Python, PySpark, and SQL.
  • Design and build ETL pipelines to support data integration and warehousing needs.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Document analytical processes, queries, and reporting frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on large-scale data processing.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and PySpark.
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
  • Solid understanding of data warehouses, data marts, and relational databases.
  • Experience working in a healthcare IT environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills.
