Location: Really want someone to sit in Rahway, NJ or West Point, PA 2x weekly-Hybrid- Locals or nearby only

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Merck & Co.'s specialty print products and processes
- Utilize expert knowledge of printing techniques and technologies to ensure the quality and consistency of specialty print products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality control, to develop and implement new printing methods and processes
- Conduct thorough testing and analysis of specialty print products to identify and troubleshoot any potential issues
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for specialty printing processes to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Monitor and maintain the quality control of specialty print products throughout the production process
- Train and mentor junior team members on specialty printing techniques and processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in printing technology to continuously improve and optimize specialty print products
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies related to specialty printing processes and products
- Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Specialty Print Engineering Or Related Field.
- Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Printing Technology, Or Relevant Discipline.
- Proficiency In Design Software Such As Autocad And Solidworks.
- Strong Knowledge Of Printing Processes And Technologies, Including Flexography, Gravure, And Offset.
