Position: Product Manager

Required: Product Management of Mobile Devices in an enterprise environment, preferably banking

Industry: Banking

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina - 3 days/week on-site

Duration: 12-18 month contract on W2

Pay Max: W2 $64/hr

About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Employee Endpoint Team - Mobile within the Bank. This team supports over 100,000 mobile devices globally across 40+ vendors, ensuring seamless mobile experiences for employees worldwide. This role is a backfill to support business-as-usual operations while the core team focuses on a major migration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain product strategy, roadmaps, and blueprints for mobile endpoint technologies.
  • Analyze product lifecycle timelines (e.g., Apple device releases, end-of-life planning) to inform upgrade and investment decisions.
  • Lead RFP processes with mobile carriers (e.g., AT&T, Verizon), ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including escalation paths and exit strategies.
  • Own and maintain product inventory, consumption, and utilization data.
  • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and guide products through internal tollgates.
  • Collaborate with LOBs, senior corporate groups, and executive stakeholders to align product direction with business needs.
  • Monitor and manage SLAs/OLAs, product risk, and lifecycle transitions (introduction, maturity, retirement).
  • Maintain client-facing product documentation and ensure transparency in cost allocations.


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a mid-senior level role.
  • Strong knowledge of endpoint technologies, especially mobile (iOS, Android, MDM platforms).
  • Experience working in enterprise or highly regulated environments (banking preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage governance processes and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Familiarity with carrier management and mobile vendor ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with Apple enterprise programs and carrier systems is a plus
