Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Santa Clara, CA (HYBRID-3 days onsite and 2 days remote)
Duration: 4+ Months
Job Description:
We are seeking a project manager to support the post-acquisition integration planning and execution of a recently signed transaction. In this role, you will manage the overall project timeline, escalate workstreams at risk, and coordinate cross-functionally for collaboration.
Own the Integration Plan: Maintain and update the master integration plan for R2R and drive timely completion of all tasks.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the liaison between cross-functional teams (e.g., Technical Accounting Managers, Controllers), ensuring effective dialogue to resolve issues and dependencies in real-time.
Risk & Timeline Management: Proactively identify bottlenecks and escalate issues before they impact the close timeline.
Status Reporting: Lead weekly status updates on workstream progress.
Process Change Management: Manage process changes for the post-close phase across various topics, including Investment, Fixed Assets, Prepaids, and others.
Skills:
Organization: Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously without losing track of details.
Communication: Strong ability to "manage up " to reviewers and cross-functional partners, ensuring clear expectations on delivery dates.
Tools: Proficiency with project management tools or advanced Excel tracking (Gantt charts, status dashboards).
Systems: Experience with SAP and SFDC
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
15+ years of experience, with experience in a project lead or integration lead role
PMP certification or formal project management training is a plus.
