Seeking an experienced Electrical Designer to support the development, design, and documentation of electrical systems and cabling. This on-site role (El Dorado Hills, CA) requires hands-on collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure high-quality and efficient electrical layouts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and document new and modified cabling systems across multiple subsystems and enclosures
- Create detailed electrical and cabling documentation based on engineering direction
- Determine optimal component and cable distribution across systems
- Prepare and present design documents for stakeholder review
- Work independently with minimal direction while maintaining design standards
- Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and maintain a clean work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or equivalent experience in mechanical design, electronics, power distribution, and cable design
- Experience in technical documentation for mechanical and electrical systems
Skills:
- Strong technical and design proficiency
- Excellent attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
