Job Title: Senior Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery Professional

Locations:  Dallas, TX / Phoenix, AZ/ Minneapolis, MN (hybrid 3 days in, 2 days remote)

Duration: 12 Months

Project Description:

• Experience working within cyber resiliency groups/organizations and supporting resiliency or business continuity type projects (BCP - Business Continuity Planning)
• Experience using templates and documenting all critical data and databases for a company to back them up in the case of a cyber event/attack
• Using templates that follow NIST specifically
• Experience as a project manager, driving delivery of projects, running meetings, scheduling meetings and stand ups
• Engaging with the application teams to start planning resiliency measures
• Experience working directly with the app dev teams
• Experience running these teams through mock security events to make sure they work
• Prioritizing critical applications in case of a bad actor and they have to rebuild from scratch
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple parallel deliverables to completion within deadlines
• Experience with communicating progress to senior leadership
• Very strong technical knowledge with respect to tech stack/application architecture
• Experience with Cut Over as the system of record for templates
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Jira, and SharePoint

Certifications:

• Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP)
• Certified Disaster Recovery Professional (CDRP)
