Job Title: HCM Training Specialist
Position Type: Contract

Position Overview
The ideal candidate is dynamic, data-driven, detail-oriented, and technologically savvy, with experience in system implementation and delivering training to diverse audiences. This position plays a key role in helping agencies maximize talent solutions and improve workforce outcomes statewide.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience delivering training through multiple delivery methods (in-person, virtual, online, multimedia)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage audiences at all levels
- Program and administrative management skills, including organization, attention to detail, and multitasking
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies for training design and data analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and three (3) years of job-related experience in human resources
OR - One (1) year of experience at the lower-level HR Specialist 2 (HRP021) or equivalent position
