Job Title: Senior SAP SD Business Analyst

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SD Business Analyst to lead architecture, configuration, testing, and support for SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate globally with business teams to optimize ERP-related SD functions, ensuring compliance with local legal requirements while maintaining harmonized process setups.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP SD & Order-to-Cash (O2C) Expertise
- Lead SAP SD architecture, setup, and configuration, ensuring optimized sales, shipping, and billing processes.
- Oversee sales pricing, credit management, intercompany processes, ATP setup, and VAT reporting.
- Maintain SD integration points across MM, QM, WM, FI/CO, and CO/PA modules.
- Manage SAP SD modules to align with business requirements and change management processes.
- Support and help develop SD power users within the business team.
Cross-Functional Business Analysis & Documentation
- Partner with ERP teams globally, translating business requirements into efficient SAP SD solutions.
- Communicate technical details in business terms, supporting smooth implementation.
- Document system analysis deliverables, including business process mapping, workflows, and requirement specifications.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate SD integration points across SAP.
System Testing, Support & Compliance
- Provide daily SAP SD module support, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Monitor and resolve SAP SD-related helpdesk tickets.
- Work with third-level external analysts for complex troubleshooting.
- Participate in audit and compliance efforts, ensuring data security and system integrity.
- Available for occasional weekend support, as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience supporting SAP SD Sales & Logistics processes and SAP projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- SAP SD certification required.
- Deep expertise in SAP SD module functionality, O2C processes, and pricing schemas.
- Strong understanding of other SAP modules (MM, QM, WM, FI/CO, CO/PA).
- Basic knowledge of ABAP, EDI, IDocs, user-exits, Adobe Forms, and migration tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- S/4HANA experience.
- Familiarity with Oracle Transport Management (OTM).
- Experience with Sales Tax Office and Power BI.
- Previous team leadership or project management experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with departments.
