Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON
Duration: Long term

Primary Skills;

  • Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 8+ years of experience in Finance domain
  • Lead analysis phases to identify, track, escalate and/or resolve business systems issues in an Agile environment
  • Act as the liaison between the technology teams and support teams for product delivery
  • Requirements management and communication requirements walkthroughs; scope and change management; traceability; Backlog Grooming
  • Create, Document and Maintain Data Mapping Documents, Integration Requirement Documents, Non-Functional Requirement Documents and Use case documents
  • Perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impacted and stakeholder requirements responsibilities
  • Perform impact analysis to identify impact to existing applications/Services
  • Manage risks, assumptions, and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties
  • Experience in Incident Management and RCA
  • Experience in JIRA and Confluence Tool usage
  • Strong data analysis and strong Excel skills
  • Experience in RDBMS
  • Willing to work in GTA area as per client requirements

Nice-to-have

  • Prior RBC environment experience will be a big plus
  • Wealth Management Domain knowledge is an advantage

  • Very good communication and other soft skills
  • Should be a proactive team player who can work independently
  • Working with agile methodology, multidisciplinary team
  • Detail-oriented & very organized
