Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Toronto, ON
Duration: Long term
Primary Skills;
- Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 8+ years of experience in Finance domain
- Lead analysis phases to identify, track, escalate and/or resolve business systems issues in an Agile environment
- Act as the liaison between the technology teams and support teams for product delivery
- Requirements management and communication requirements walkthroughs; scope and change management; traceability; Backlog Grooming
- Create, Document and Maintain Data Mapping Documents, Integration Requirement Documents, Non-Functional Requirement Documents and Use case documents
- Perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impacted and stakeholder requirements responsibilities
- Perform impact analysis to identify impact to existing applications/Services
- Manage risks, assumptions, and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties
- Experience in Incident Management and RCA
- Experience in JIRA and Confluence Tool usage
- Strong data analysis and strong Excel skills
- Experience in RDBMS
- Willing to work in GTA area as per client requirements
Nice-to-have
- Prior RBC environment experience will be a big plus
- Wealth Management Domain knowledge is an advantage
Secondary Skills:
- Very good communication and other soft skills
- Should be a proactive team player who can work independently
- Working with agile methodology, multidisciplinary team
- Detail-oriented & very organized
