Package details:
- Base salary range: $70,000-$90,000 based on market
- Bonus potential: Performance-based

Job Details
Roles, responsibilities, and desired qualifications:
- Assist Project Managers with RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Support document control, scheduling, and coordination with field teams
- Help manage subcontractor communications and track progress
- Attend project meetings and maintain project logs and records
- Learn from experienced PMs and superintendents to grow your skill set
Ideal candidate background:
- 1-3 years of experience with a commercial (internships count!)
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Desire to grow into a Project Manager role
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar is a plus
