About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Technical AI Architect to lead our Agentic, Conversational, and Generative AI initiatives, with a focus on Hybrid AI orchestration across edge devices (AI PCs, smartphones), cloud, and on-premises infrastructure. This role will drive the strategy, design, and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions that transform customer experience (CX), operational efficiency, and business innovation.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in scaling enterprise AI platforms, optimizing NLP/NLU systems, and delivering measurable business impact in regulated industries (e.g., banking, telecom, insurance etc.)
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the 12 24-month AI/GenAI roadmap, identifying high-impact use cases (e.g., contact center automation, sales ops, predictive analytics).
- Lead Hybrid AI architecture, optimizing workload distribution between edge devices, cloud, and servers for performance, cost, and latency.
- Serve as the technical authority for Agentic AI, Conversational AI (chatbots/voice), and Generative AI solutions.
Solution Design & Delivery
- Architect scalable NLP/NLU systems to improve intent recognition, reduce transfer rates, and enhance CSAT.
- Drive GenAI POCs** (e.g., explainable AI with SHAP values, price forecasting within 10% accuracy).
- Partner with engineering to deploy on-device LLMs, Salesforce Agentic AI, and Google CCAI/CES integrations.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Advise C-level executives on AI adoption, ROI, and risk mitigation in regulated industries.
- Collaborate with partners to co-develop Hybrid AI offerings.
- Evangelize AI innovation through whitepapers, conferences, and client workshops.
Qualifications
Required
- 10+ years in AI/ML, NLP, and enterprise architecture, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in:
- Conversational AI (chatbots, virtual agents, voice-enabled AI).
- Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, explainability tools like SHAP/LIME).
- Hybrid AI (orchestrating workloads across edge-cloud environments).
- Proven success in improving CX metrics (e.g., CSAT, call duration, resolution rates).
- Experience with Google CCAI/CES, Salesforce Einstein, and on-device AI frameworks.
- Strong background in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, telecom).
Preferred
- Published thought leadership (e.g., articles, patents, conference talks).
- Experience with AI hardware acceleration (e.g., Intel AI PCs, GPUs).
- PhD/MS in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
