Job Details

Job Title: Oracle ASCP and Service Parts Planning Functional Consultant

Remote

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and configure Oracle ASCP and Service Parts Planning modules within Oracle E-Business Suite.
  2. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for ASCP and Service Parts Planning setups.
  3. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users on ASCP and Service Parts Planning functionalities.
  4. Customize ASCP and Service Parts Planning setups to align with specific business processes and requirements.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, supply chain, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and integration of ASCP and Service Parts Planning.
  6. Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues within ASCP and Service Parts Planning modules.
  7. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ASCP and Service Parts Planning configurations post-implementation.
  8. Stay updated with Oracle EBS releases, patches, and updates related to ASCP and Service Parts Planning modules.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  2. Prior experience (5+ years) in implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite modules, specifically ASCP and Service Parts Planning.
  3. Strong understanding of supply chain planning principles, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and distribution planning.
  4. Proficiency in configuring ASCP and Service Parts Planning setups, including defining planning parameters, item attributes, and planning strategies.
  5. Experience with data migration, integration, and interface setups between ASCP, Service Parts Planning, and other EBS modules.
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  8. Oracle certifications related to ASCP and Service Parts Planning modules are a plus.

Skills:

  1. Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 or later versions.
  2. Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) module.
  3. Service Parts Planning (SPP) module.
  4. Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and customization.
  5. Understanding of Oracle Application Object Library (AOL) and Application Implementation Methodology (AIM).
  6. Knowledge of supply chain management best practices and industry standards.
  7. Project management skills for managing implementation projects and timelines.
  8. Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities.
