Required skills

• 10+ years' experience in Life Sciences CRM implementation
• Ability to lead end-to-end implementation of Veeva Vault applications across all domains
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, scope, timelines, and resources.
• Manage configuration, validation, data migration, and user training to ensure readiness and adoption.
• Liaise between business users and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and process optimization.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and compliance metrics to ensure ongoing platform effectiveness post-deployment.
• Deep understanding of Veeva product suite, life sciences workflows, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven success in implementing cloud-based solutions using agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and multi-partner implementation management skills.
• Deep expertise in Veeva CRM, including MyInsights, Approved Email, CLM, and Engage.
• Strong grasp of life sciences commercial models, sales operations, and global compliance requirements.
• Proven success in leading CRM rollouts across multiple geographies and product portfolios.
• Effective communicator and leader, capable of bridging business needs with technical execution.
