Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Learning & Talent Module Specialist
(Techno-Functional | Remote | EST Hours)
Location: 100% Remote (Must be available during EST working hours)
Visa: H1B transfer, EAD
Type: W2/12-Month Contract (Strong possibility of extension or full-time conversion)

Note: This is not a generic HCM role. we are looking for profiles with actual project-based work on Oracle Cloud Learning and Talent modules.
About the Role: We're hiring a Techno-Functional Oracle Cloud HCM Specialist with core expertise in Learning and Talent modules, along with strong hands-on experience in reporting tools like OTBI and BI Publisher.
This role is ideal for a candidate who has worked deeply with Oracle Cloud Learning & Talent modules - configuring, customizing, supporting users, and building reports that drive insights. If you're looking for a focused, impactful role in the Oracle HCM space, this is it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the expert for Oracle Cloud HCM Learning and Talent modules including configurations, enhancements, issue resolutions, and user support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather functional requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
- Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL.
- Customize the Learning module setup based on business needs, compliance rules, and training strategies.
- Assist in troubleshooting system issues and support ongoing Learning & Talent initiatives.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and system integrity across the HCM platform.
- Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud Learning and Talent Management module updates and recommend improvements.
Required Skills:
- Total 8+ and 3+ years of techno-functional experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, with specific, hands-on expertise in the Learning and Talent modules.
- Strong experience with Oracle HCM reporting tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, and Fast Formulas.
- Proven track record of customizing and supporting Oracle Learning Management (OLM) features like learning plans, ILT/OLT, course structures, certifications, evaluations, etc.
- Experience supporting Talent Management functionalities such as goals, performance, succession, and career development.
- Excellent communication skills, especially with distributed teams and business stakeholders.
- Must be comfortable working remotely and aligning with EST working hours.
