- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on people-related decisions and team structure.
- Convert business priorities into actionable plans that drive performance, culture, and growth.
- Use data and business insights to tailor programs that meet the evolving needs of teams.
- Leverage analytics to provide actionable insights, highlight trends, and guide decision-making.
- Mentor and support colleagues to ensure consistency and quality in delivery across the HR team.
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives to promote a more inclusive culture.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and employment laws (e.g., EEOC, ADA, FMLA), working in partnership with the legal and compliance teams.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure accurate HRIS system updates for role and department changes.
- A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of HR experience, ideally in fast-growing organizations, with a strong track record of partnering with senior leadership.
- HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP) is preferred; knowledge of employment law, particularly in California, is a plus.
- A solid understanding of business drivers and performance metrics.
- A creative problem-solver with the ability to thrive in dynamic, high-demand situations.
- An exceptional communicator, able to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing projects and prioritizing competing demands.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems.
- Ability to leverage data tools to provide key insights and metrics for decision-making related to recruitment, engagement, and turnover.
