Position: ServiceNow Product Manager

Location: Onsite 3x per week in Orlando FL

Duration: Permanent

Rate Range: $$125,000 - $150,000

The ServiceNow Technical Product Manager (TPM) is responsible for the planning and execution of the product lifecycle-including design, build, implementation, and support-of IT platforms. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to deliver products aligned with organizational vision and strategy. The TPM will manage product performance and related KPIs, collaborate with development teams in an agile environment, and oversee backlogs, roadmaps, and user stories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate customer needs into actionable requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams (developers, engineers, architects, QA, UX, operations) and external vendors
  • Build and manage product roadmaps and backlogs
  • Ensure requirements are clearly understood and implementation aligns with expectations
  • Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance
  • Lead internal and customer training on product usage
  • Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert
  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation


Required Skills and Experience:
  • Strong understanding of Product Management principles
  • Ability to drive business KPIs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project and time management abilities
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Technical proficiency (e.g., SQL, Postman)
  • Experience with ServiceNow Platform and Product Deployment
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow GRC Suite (IRM, TPRM, BCM, AVM, VRM, etc.)
  • Experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM), Knowledge Base, and Mobile App
  • Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Experience in Product Development and Implementation
  • Knowledge of SDLC Lifecycle and Agile Methodology

Preferred Certifications:
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
  • Epic MyChart
