Job Description

    • Lead and manage QA activities for multiple Scrum teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
    • Represent QA in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with development, product, and business teams.
    • Plan, design, and execute test strategies and test cases for Salesforce applications.
    • Coordinate onshore and offshore QA efforts, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
    • Mentor QA team members, delegate tasks effectively, and drive continuous improvement.
    • Apply knowledge of AI concepts and handle the non-deterministic nature of AI testing.
    • Ensure timely test execution, defect tracking, and overall test cycle management.
    Required Skills & Experience:
    • 10+ years of software testing experience.
    • 5+ years of QA leadership experience across multiple Agile/Scrum teams.
    • Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
    • Experience with Salesforce QA processes from planning through execution.
    • Proven experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models.
    • Excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.
    • Familiarity with AI testing concepts.
    • Healthcare domain experience is preferred.
