Hybrid role with a requirement to work onsite at least 3 days per week

Job Summary

The Project Manager (HR & HRIS) is responsible for owning and driving the successful delivery of HR-related projects from initiation through completion. This role focuses on Workday programs, HR process redesign, and usability improvements across a global suite of HR functional modules. The Project Manager partners closely with project sponsors and the PMO to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with defined requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Asana
  • Experience working in a complex, global operating environment
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and ambiguity
  • Collaborative leadership approach with the ability to motivate project teams
  • Ability to build productive relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and consultants
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining project documentation aligned with PMP standards
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve project issues while maintaining delivery timelines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors and aligning deliverables with project objectives
  • Ability to work alongside vendor project leads within a coordinated PMO structure
  • Experience managing Workday or similar HRIS-related projects (highly desirable)
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience managing complex, cross-functional projects using structured tools and processes

Education & Certifications

  • PMP Certification: Preferred
  • Bachelor s Degree: Preferred (related field)
