Step into a high-ownership role where your technical expertise and customer service mindset will shine. This role combines end-user support, infrastructure maintenance, networking, and AV systems management in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key responsibilities include:
  • Provide expert-level support for escalated technical issues (Windows, macOS, Office 365, Exchange, VPN, MFA)
  • Administer and maintain AV systems including Zoom Rooms and Cisco Webex Room Kits
  • Configure and support Cisco networking hardware-switches, routers, wireless APs
  • Manage security best practices: patching, antivirus, encryption, VPN/firewall troubleshooting, Okta/MFA access
  • Lead IT asset lifecycle processes: imaging, device setup, tracking, and vendor coordination
  • Act as the sole onsite IT resource, partnering with remote teams to drive uptime, efficiency, and process improvements

Are You an IT Support Engineer Rock Star?

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of L2/L3 IT support or systems engineering experience
  • Deep proficiency in Windows/macOS administration, Office 365, Exchange, VPNs
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco networking and AV systems (Webex, Zoom Rooms)
  • Familiarity with endpoint security, MFA, and access management
  • Comfortable working independently with a service-first mindset and strong documentation habits

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with macOS management tools (Jamf, VMware Workspace ONE, AirWatch)
  • Track record supporting Zoom Rooms and Cisco Webex conferencing environments
  • Previous experience in sole-site-support or independent IT ownership roles

Physical / Other Requirements
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs of IT equipment and move throughout office as needed
  • Full-time onsite presence required to support infrastructure and personnel
