UI/UX Designer - eCommerce, Payments & User Experience

Location: 100% Remote role

Duration: 6+ Months (Possible extension)

Pay Range: $60-$65/hr.

Senior UX Designer in Client s Financial Services Org collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to create seamless, intuitive experiences. Your work will drive impactful change through design thinking, product discovery, and executional excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design user-centered experiences that address customer needs, meet business objectives, and scale effectively.
  • Lead product discovery efforts, working alongside researchers, product teams, and executives to shape future innovations.
  • Develop wireframes, visual mockups, prototypes, and interactive demos to bring ideas to life.
  • Utilize customer insights and research to drive informed decision-making.
  • Communicate and align with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Shift focus between high-level strategy and detailed execution, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Present and advocate for design solutions to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in UX, product, or interaction design.
  • Proven ability to drive UX strategy and execution across complex projects.
  • Expertise in human-centered design and design thinking methodologies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills in an agile environment.
  • Experience using data, analytics, and user research to inform and measure design impact.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools, with a commitment to maintaining clean, organized files.
