Description
As a Risk Systems Specialist, you are responsible for providing technical support and guidance to internal and external customers. This position will work with various stakeholders to understand business and deliver effective and innovative technology solutions improving Risk systems. In addition, this role will be involved in design, development, testing and deployment of applications, integrations and enhancements for risk department's systems and data processes. Success relies on embodying the corporate culture, demonstrating professionalism, possessing strong communication and organizational skills, being self-motivated, and having the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Form Integration: Lead the integration of 40-60 identified risk and safety forms into the Origami platform, focusing on web and mobile forms.
  • Sprint Prioritization: Collaborate with teams to prioritize forms by sprints, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.
  • Training and Support: Provide training on Origami processes to business units, ensuring they are well-equipped to use the platform.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Work with Origami vendors to optimize platform usage and address any technical issues.
  • Governance: Assist in governance activities related to form management and data collection.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between IT and business units, effectively communicating requirements and technical solutions.
  • Product Management: Potentially evolve into a full-time product owner role for Origami and DocuSign platforms.

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, and 1-3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with administration of IT systems or other business initiatives (desired)
  • Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the review team

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $70.00/hr.
