Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Technical Support Specialist to join our Desktop Support team. This is an entry-level, onsite role supporting internal users at one of the largest service centers in the organization. You'll gain hands-on experience with enterprise IT systems, hardware, and support tools while delivering exceptional service to end users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time technical support for desktops, laptops, monitors, and personal printers.
- Support both Windows 10/11 and Mac OS X environments.
- Respond to and resolve technical issues via phone, remote tools, and in-person support.
- Deploy, reclaim, and track computer equipment using asset management systems.
- Document support activities using tools such as Remedy and Clarity.
- Fulfill move/add/change requests and assist with onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal employees across multiple sites.
- Travel between Westlake and Southlake locations as needed (not split within the same day).
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or 1-3 years of recent experience in an enterprise IT support environment.
- Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Mac OS X operating systems.
- Strong communication skills-both written and verbal.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX and travel between designated office locations.
- Experience with Remedy or other IT ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with Clarity or similar project tracking tools.
- Basic understanding of asset management and IT service delivery.
