For 1st 3 Months Contract ( REMOTE)
Once Converted to Client s Full time ( It will be fully Onsite)
Looking for LOCAL Candidates to Charlotte, NC
Must have:
- ServiceNow Admin Certification. GRC Certification is a huge plus.
- Full ServiceNow SecOps Suite experience
- Functional Log Checking
- Working with end-users on troubleshooting
- Work with Platform team and open tickets
- Able to debug and walk through line checks of JavaScript (not a developer)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Administrator with certifications in ServiceNow Administration and GRC, and hands-on experience with the Security Operations (SecOps) suite. This role will support the ongoing configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform, with a focus on security, compliance, and user support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including GRC and SecOps modules.
- Perform functional log checking and basic debugging to support issue resolution.
- Collaborate with end users to troubleshoot issues and provide platform guidance.
- Work closely with the platform team to open, track, and resolve ServiceNow tickets.
- Conduct simple JavaScript line checks to identify and resolve script-related issues (no advanced programming required).
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and new feature rollouts.
- Document configurations, customizations, and standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow GRC Certification
- 5+ years of experience administering ServiceNow, including SecOps modules (SIR, VR, Threat Intelligence, etc.)
- Familiarity with functional log analysis and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and debug basic JavaScript code.
- Strong communication skills and a user-focused mindset.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing ticket workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (e.g., SIEM, vulnerability scanners).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting tools
