Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner to lead the evolution and strategic growth of a Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain expertise, product vision, and the ability to collaborate across global stakeholders to deliver high-impact risk solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap for the Counterparty Credit Risk platform
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements in alignment with business objectives
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to deliver maximum business value
- Write clear user stories and define detailed acceptance criteria
- Collaborate closely with engineering, risk, and business stakeholders
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and Agile ceremonies
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product strategy
- Lead discussions with global teams on cross-regional product requirements
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
- Strong experience with Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) / Risk platforms
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and modern technologies
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex platforms
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter with ability to multitask and maintain momentum
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Master s degree or certifications such as CFA, FRM are a plus
