Pay Range:$37.26-$53.24/Hrs
Description
* Produce reports to support risk and compliance activities related to user migrations and device management.
* Communicate with stakeholders to create a deployment plan for over 130k migrations.
* Analyze data to support customer engagement sessions and improve relationship management.
* Facilitate customer engagement and service improvement sessions.
* Conduct incident and ticket analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
* Manage ad hoc business reporting requests and identify self-service opportunities.
* Provide analytical support for ongoing projects and rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce risk and compliance reports.
* Communicate with stakeholders for deployment planning.
* Analyze demographic and usage data for service outputs.
* Facilitate customer engagement sessions.
* Analyze incidents and tickets for service improvement.
* Manage and fulfill ad hoc reporting requests.
* Review and update knowledge management materials.
Qualifications
* Logical problem-solving and collaboration skills.
* Experience in process definition and optimization.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Stakeholder engagement experience.
* 2-3 years of experience in an analytical role in financial services.
* Degree level education or equivalent work experience.
