Job Details

  • Lead and manage a team of pre-sales and sales consultants.
  • Develop and implement a strategic pre-sales and sales consulting roadmap for the US market, focusing on data, analytics, and cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Leverage deep technical expertise in data, analytics, and cloud technologies to develop compelling solution demonstrations and proof of concepts.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure technical alignment and solution feasibility.
  • Create and deliver impactful presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Lead and participate in complex sales cycles, including RFP responses and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a strong technical knowledge base of our solutions and the competitive landscape.
  • Coach and mentor pre-sales and sales consultants to continuously improve their skills and expertise.

Required skills:

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of success in solution engineering roles.
  • Strong understanding of data, analytics, and cloud technologies (e.g., Big Data, AI/ML, Cloud platforms)
  • Experience leading and managing pre-sales and sales consulting teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
