Role: Kronos Consultant
Remote position
Kronos is a workforce management software platform used for timekeeping, scheduling, payroll, and labor analytics.
- Lead assessment and migration planning for legacy Kronos workloads to AWS, ensuring alignment with business requirements and compliance needs.
- Analyze current Kronos configurations, integrations, and data retention policies to inform modernization strategy.
- Work with application owners and SMEs to map dependencies, reporting needs, and user access requirements.
- Collaborate with AWS engineers to design, test, and implement cloud-based solutions that replicate or enhance current Kronos functionality.
