Job Details
Position: IAM Business System Analyst
Location: Chicago, IL (2-3 days per week on-site at Old Post Office)
Duration: Till the end of the year-8 months to start
Start Date: ASAP
Interview Process/Times: 2 rounds
Notes 4/29:
- Role is 2-3 days per week in downtown Chicago.
- NOT interested in non-local or relocation candidates.
- Required:
- 3+ years of BSA experience including ability to write clear requirements and process mappings.
- IAM experience
- Agile experience
- STRONG communication (must be able to communicate with stakeholders of all levels including business owners and technical teams)
- Preferred:
- One Identity Manager (OIM) experience
Job Description:
- As a IAM business systems analyst you will work on the IAM delivery team on IAM projects. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications, communicating project updates to stakeholders and organizing work through regular standups or refinement meetings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Work closely with IAM team to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.
- Test and validate technical solutions.
- Work directly with application and system owners across the organization to gather information on entitlements.
- Develop and maintain project and process documentation.
- Provide support to end users.
- Utilizing your understanding of organizational change management, lead change efforts.
Software Requirements:
- Microsoft Office Suites
Experience Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in the IAM domain
- At least 3 years experience as a BSA
- Experience with agile methodologies
Education:
- 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
- Certificates pertaining to business analysis or IAM
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Behaviors Required
- A strong understanding of IAM principles.
- Dynamic communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels throughout the various functional areas of the organization.
- Team player with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks
