Job Title : UAT Manager

Location : Remote

Duration : Long Term Contract

Must have 12+ Years of experience

Top 3 must have's: UAT management, Loan Origination, User centric testing

Job Description:

• Define UAT scope, objectives, and entry/exit criteria.
• Develop UAT test strategy and detailed test plans aligned with project goals.
• Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and governance processes.
• Act as the liaison between business users, IT teams, and program management.
• Conduct walkthrough sessions on UAT strategy and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Manage UAT events, including test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Ensure timely resolution of defects and retesting.
• Monitor risks, issues, and escalate as needed to maintain timelines.
• Prepare UAT status reports and communicate progress to senior management.
• Maintain documentation for test results, sign-offs, and lessons learned.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and digital platforms.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and test automation frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications such as ISTQB, PMP, or Agile (SAFe POPM) are often preferred.

Prefer to have Digital Experience:

• User-Centric Testing: Validate that digital interfaces (web, mobile, APIs) meet usability and accessibility standards.
• Collaboration with UX Teams: Work closely with design and product teams to align UAT with customer experience goals.
