Senior Program Manager with AI/ML Experience
Location: Seattle, WA(On-Site)

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Program Manager (IC4/IC5) to lead and drive execution across high-impact AI programs, including strategic partnerships, Wave 1 customer engagements, and internal AI initiatives. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, go-to-market, and customer success teams to ensure timely delivery, alignment, and execution of strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior-level program leadership across AI initiatives, ensuring end-to-end ownership and visibility.
  • Oversee and manage strategic partnerships, aligning milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Drive execution and alignment with Wave 1 customers, ensuring successful onboarding, implementation, and feedback loops.
  • Deliver clear and concise program status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate planning and execution for internal events such as INSIGHT sessions, demos, and technical walkthroughs.
  • Manage JIRA project boards, ensuring timely tracking and resolution of issues, dependencies, and blockers across teams.
  • Serve as a key liaison for cross-functional alignment across engineering, data science, and business teams on AI-focused initiatives.
  • Lead risk assessments, mitigation planning, and continuous process improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in program/project management, ideally in tech or AI-driven environments.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives at scale.
  • Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools for issue and dependency tracking.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients or strategic partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and driving clarity in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master s preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in AI, data science, or machine learning programs.
  • Experience organizing internal demo sessions, technical workshops, or executive briefings.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification is a plus.
