Job Description:-
To thrive as an Avature Specialist or Administrator, you need strong knowledge of talent acquisition workflows, human resources practices, and experience with applicant tracking systems, with direct Avature platform expertise.
Familiarity with HRIS tools, data integration, and Avature certifications (L4), proficiency with Excel and reporting modules.
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.
Configuring workflows and modules, troubleshooting user issues, updating system settings, and collaborating with HR and IT teams to support ongoing talent acquisition efforts.
Generate and analyze recruitment reports, provide end-user training, and participate in meetings to identify system improvement opportunities.
The role is dynamic, often requiring proactive problem-solving and the ability to prioritize multiple projects. Collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers, and external vendors is common, making teamwork and communication essential skills for success.
