Job Details

Title: Jr Sales Executive
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite)
Duration: Fulltime

Qualifications
College Graduate or Minimum 2 years of college and equivalent work experience.
Prefer someone who has had some business classes or comparable business background.
Eager to learn the consulting business and learn within the industry.
Self-motivator, quick learner, people person
Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and changing business environment

Responsibilities
This role works closely with various Business Development Managers in order to generate business and maintain a strong client / sale pipeline.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business development targets and objectives open to travel and meet or arrange meetings with Clients.
Qualify leads and set up appointments between the prospect and the Business Development Manager
Utilize Outreach technology to identify new leads/ clients and follow up on existing leads/clients.
Assist Business Development Managers by establishing active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads/ clients and sales openings.
