Job Details

We are looking for a Lead Automation Engineer to own and drive our test automation strategy across STEP, FOCUS, and backend workflows. This role will be central to ensuring quality at scale leading framework design, embedding automation into CI/CD pipelines, and overseeing regression coverage for mission-critical product activation and POS flows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define automation coverage, strategy, and priorities for product activation and POS workflows.

  • Lead the design and implementation of Loadmill-based automated test frameworks.

  • Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Harness, Jenkins).

  • Ensure robust post-deployment validations, rollback testing, and environment health checks.

  • Collaborate with developers, manual testers, and product owners to plan and align testing efforts.

Requirements

  • 6 8 years of experience in test automation for backend or integration-heavy systems.

  • Proven expertise with Loadmill (or similar tools), API testing, and SQL-based validations.

  • Strong background in CI/CD integration using Jenkins, Harness, or Bitbucket Pipelines.

  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and sprint-based QA planning.

  • Hands-on experience with: Loadmill, Postman, SQL, GitHub/Bitbucket, Jira.
