Job Summary:
Gen AI Lead will oversee and manage projects that leverage Azure, Python, and GenAI Basics to drive innovation and efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with 6 to 10 years of experience who can coordinate cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model. The Program Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the company's objectives, contributing to the overall success and impact on society.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of projects utilizing Azure, Python, and GenAI Basics to achieve strategic goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of project components.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project objectives are met without delays.
- Foster a collaborative environment to encourage innovation and problem-solving among team members.
- Ensure projects align with the company's mission and contribute to societal impact.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve project outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
- Possess strong experience in Azure, demonstrating the ability to manage cloud-based projects effectively.
- Have proficiency in Python, enabling the development and implementation of robust solutions.
- Understand GenAI Basics to leverage artificial intelligence in innovative ways.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Show a proven track record of successful project delivery within the specified experience range.
