Description

We are seeking Data Analysts (Targeting / Facilitation) at all levels of experience (Junior thru Senior and SME) to support the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Task Order (TO). We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals with a broad range of intelligence, operations, planning, data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale to advance technical capabilities and maximize the effectiveness of USARPAC programs, operations, and partnerships throughout the USARPAC Area of Responsibility (AOR).

These positions are contingent upon contract award expected Summer 2024 and will be located in Hawaii.

The Data Analyst plans, develops, manages, and supports Data Analysis (Targeting / Facilitation) for the Army. Provides analysis of Mission Intelligence (MI) for the entire Army in determining trends in operations, targeting and warfighting assessments to provide insights for future plans and investment strategies. Supports Army modernization efforts in all cyber and intelligence emerging technologies across all DoD acquisition categories. Manages Targeting / Facilitation analytical planning, resourcing, and integration for Multi INT requirements and solutions, ensuring sound analytical underpinnings that support key Army and DoD decisions. Performs Process / Exploitation analysis and production to create intelligence from information collected, processed, and exploited to satisfy PIRs, RFIs, or other information needs. Supports the performance and management of Targeting / Facilitation analysis in support of intelligence production and understand and maintain an in-depth knowledge of DoD, Department of the Army (DA), and Intelligence Community production standards, analytic product lines, defense warning strategy and processes, and Indications and Warning (I&W).

Duties:
  • Conducts targeting facilitation with seasoned in-depth knowledge of Joint Staff and theater targeting guidance.
  • Interacts with, maintains, and disseminates data and products to other intelligence analysts and organizations to identify, highlight, or eliminate priority targets while constantly analyzing inputs.
  • Utilizes DoD intelligence analysis and production standards, such as Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB) to provide Process / Exploitation analysis and production to integrate, evaluate, analyze, and interpret all available intelligence and information sources and forecast/predict future states, enable situational awareness, and provide actionable information, including integration.
  • Conducts Targeting / Facilitation evaluation, interpretation, prediction, product generation, intelligence fusion, potential adversary Courses of Action (COAs) with named areas of interest, and high-value targets.
  • Gathers feedback from intelligence consumers to determine if the requirements are being satisfied and revises intelligence requirements based on feedback received to identify issues, minimize information gaps, and mitigate capability shortfalls.
  • Develops Targeting / Facilitation intelligence Measures of Performance (MOPs) and intelligence Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs). Performs data analytics, predictive analytics and prescriptive analytics services to identify gaps in mission operation and assist with after action reviews.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelors degree and five (5) years' experience; Four (4) years' additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • There may be positions available at all levels 0-20+ years experience

DESIRED:
  • Command or joint level experience for Senior or SME hires
  • Post graduate degree in associated field of study for Senior or SME hires

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
  • Must have an active TS clearance to start work
  • Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI
