Integrated Fraud Management, ActimizeOne (Actone), RCM (Enterprise Risk Case Management), Dispute Management, Actimize tools, Application Integration (Java), Project Management/ Program Management, SAFe, Banking /Fraud experience/Risk & Compliance Domain
Job Description:
Having technical management with Fraud, AML and disputes, Java, Data, Integration services experience with Actimize.
Strong experience on actimize tools & product AIS i.e. IFM (Integrated Fraud Management) RCM & ActimizeOne.
Maintain, drive, supervise and implement robust technical standards, systems, and processes.
Influence technology strategies and decisions with a high-level of expertise and knowledge.
Provide direction and support to ensure compliance with relevant legislative specifications and standards.
Lead a team of staff developing products, and address training needs when necessary.
Coordinate the regular testing of products to address faults and provide evaluations to improve them.
Act as a key contact with customers who have technical issues.
Delegating work and assignments to team members.
Collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems.
Analyzing users' needs and then finding applications to serve them.
Creating end goals for their team.
Identify solution designs and perform business analysis of client requirements.
Transform requirements into technical task specifications
