What you will do:
- Plan, install, configure, test, and validate care.ai solutions; this includes supporting implementation activities to collaborate on design of workflows, configuring the care.ai platform, installing system software, and performing end-to-end system testing
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, client success, and client delivery teams to ensure that the product truth is grounded in technical excellence, continuously identifying opportunities to help meet/exceed scale, performance, security, reliability, and operational efficiency goals for our customers
- Serve as technical SME to lead customer integrations. Provide ongoing deployment and support activities to the customer from pre-sales through implementation
- Create test plans, troubleshoot customer environments, and optimize the performance of the care.ai system in varied network environments
- Serve as a technical expert for customers during and post-deployment, addressing configuration updates, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex issues
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal development teams, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with customer needs
- Observe security measures to safeguard information against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure.
- Protect the security of medical or sensitive records to preserve their confidentiality
What you need:
Required:
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field
- 6+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing technical services or support role including physical & cloud hosted network environments
- Demonstrated experience in systems integration, technical architecture design, deployment, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with wired and wireless networking fundamentals including TCP/IP networking concepts, routers, and network load balancers
- Prior experience troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving complex system issues for external customers
- Understanding of security principles, protection of sensitive data, medical records, and compliance standards (HIPAA)
Preferred:
- Experience working with healthcare technology solutions and familiarity with healthcare environments, workflows, and standards.
- Demonstrated experience supporting and troubleshooting real-time audio/video streaming solutions
- Industry certifications related to cloud platforms, system integration, security, or similar relevant fields.
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles, demonstrating customer relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in virtual nursing and/or patient monitoring systems
