Job Details
Requirements:
- 5 or more years of experience in Citrix administration, including XenServer in production environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Servers and Microsoft Windows Infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, WSUS).
- Experience with design and architecture of complex systems.
- Experience providing Tier 1 through Tier 4 technical support.
- Experience with Citrix/XenApps, VMware Administration, Windows Servers, and Citrix App Layering.
- Experience with advanced Citrix command line operations and Citrix port configurations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop CUI VDI environments, Windows systems, and images.
- Provide level-2 and level-3 technical support for Citrix/XenApps server environments.
- Monitor VDI platforms using tools such as Netscaler and ControlUP.
- Support VDI end-user sessions, the VDI stack, and level-2 technical management.
- Apply and maintain up-to-date software patches across Citrix platform server systems.
- Deploy and support Microsoft core services including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
- Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert and provide one-on-one team training.
