Senior Data Architect/ Analyst

(i) Strong exposure into Basel Standardized and Advanced approaches across all risk types,

(ii) Expertise in SQL querying,

(iii) Proven data analysis across large scale banking organizations as few of the must have skills.

• Strong understanding of Basel Regulatory Capital framework; exposure to US regulations is preferable
• Experience into both Basel Standadised and Advanced approaches is required, including demonstrated knowledge to subject areas of Market Risk, CVA Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk in additional to Credit Risk
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, testing and automation projects; including responsibilities associated with testing strategy development, test cases documentation and maintenance of testing artifacts
• Experience in data analytics, data profiling, Source to Target (S2T) data mapping, analyzing the System of Record (SOR) data and its Data Quality (DQ) rules to identify data issues in SORs
• Strong SQL / NoSQL and data analysis experience, able to write / understand complex SQL, HiveQL, with hands-on Oracle SQL, DBeaver and Hive experience
• Knowledge of US Regulatory Reports (Y9C, Y14, Y15, 2052a, amongst others), and general understanding of the banking products
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and experience working in a big data environment (Hadoop / Cornerstone) preferred
• Experience with of MS Excel and Power Query
• Document and understand core components of solution architecture including data patterns, data-related capabilities, and standardization and conformance of disparate datasets.
• Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills (data application)
• Product Management, data migration, data analytics working experience is a plus
• Experienced in Agile delivery concepts or other project management methodologies
