Senior Demand Generation Manager

We're seeking a strategic Senior Demand Generation Manager to elevate our North America demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) program to new heights.
This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco or New York office, reporting to the Marketing Team Lead for Adyen for Platforms. The right candidate will bring deep B2B ABM expertise, a track record of shaping go-to-market strategy, and the ability to mentor other marketers in best practices, while also rolling up their sleeves to deliver high-impact, creative campaigns.
You will set the standard for ABM excellence at Adyen, piloting innovative strategies and formats that will influence our global demand generation initiatives and strategy . Your work will shape how we engage our highest-value accounts, create market demand, and drive measurable revenue impact.

What you'll do:
Set the Strategy
- Lead the vision for demand generation and ABM in North America, balancing long-term growth plans with agile, data-driven execution.
- Develop innovative campaign frameworks for 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 ABM that can scale globally.
- Partner with local and global marketing leadership to align and influence on strategy and share best practices across regions.
Raise the Bar for ABM
- Mentor regional and global marketers in ABM methodology, tools, and performance measurement.
- Build repeatable, high-impact programs that become the benchmark for ABM at Adyen.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, SDR, Partnerships, and Account Management to create cohesive account plays.
Own the Full Campaign Lifecycle
- Design and execute integrated campaigns across paid social, trade publications, display, content syndication, events, email, and direct outreach.
- Ensure programs are tailored to high-priority verticals and buying committees.
- Partner with content, product marketing, and creative teams to develop tailored assets for target accounts.
Lead Through Insight
- Use data to inform every decision,leveraging Salesforce, Marketo, Looker, and ABM platforms to track impact, optimize, and scale successes.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitive shifts to continually refine our approach.
Who you are:
- Experienced & Strategic - 8+ years in demand generation or ABM, with proven success creating measurable pipeline in complex B2B environments.
- ABM Expert - Deep knowledge of ABM frameworks, tools, and best practices, with the ability to mentor others.
- Innovator - Comfortable testing and iterating new approaches, and influencing adoption of successful strategies globally.
- Commercially Aligned - Skilled at partnering with Sales, SDR, and Partnerships to co-own revenue goals.
- Hands-On Leader - A natural influencer, able to set strategy at the highest level, bring others along, and execute with precision.
- Analytical - Proficient with marketing automation, CRM, analytics platforms, and data-driven optimization.
- Collaborator - Skilled at navigating a matrixed organization and aligning multiple stakeholders.
- Location: San Francisco or New York (hybrid)
- Travel: Domestic and international travel ~20-30%
