Job Details

Piper Companies is hiring a Product Led Growth Growth Marketer for a small company located in the United States. The Product Led Growth Growth Marketer will be helping the company transition from Sales Led Growth to Product Led Growth and redefining the account based scoring model. The candidate can sit remote within the United States and this role is not able to provide sponsorship.

Responsibilities of the Product Led Growth Growth Marketer:
  • Drive user acquisition, activation, retention and expansion through product experience
  • Develop and execute PLG strategies that drive organic growth, including onboarding, user activation, and upsell opportunities.
  • Lead a team of growth marketers and marketing operations specialists
  • Develop content, campaigns, and educational materials for a technical audience to enhance user understanding and adoption.

Requirements for the Product Led Growth Growth Marketer:
  • 4+ Years of experience as a Growth Marketer in B2B/SaaS environment utilizing PLG strategies
  • Direct experience managing, leading and mentoring teams
  • Strong understanding of SaaS growth strategies, user behavior and marketing automation to craft campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization, experimentation, and optimization.

Compensation for the Product Led Growth Growth Marketer:
  • $140,000 - $190,000
