Qualifications & Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced Senior RPA & Agentic AI Architect/Consultant with a strong background in automation and hands-on expertise in UiPath and Agentic AI frameworks. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking automation leader passionate about integrating autonomous AI agents into enterprise environments to drive intelligent decision-making, scalability, and efficiency.

  Responsibilities
  
  Architect and lead end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath and Agentic AI tools, ensuring scalability, reliability, and modularity.
  
  Design and implement multi-bot architectures with reusable components and modularized code libraries.
  
  Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implement intelligent solutions that improve business outcomes.
  
  Integrate Agentic AI frameworks into existing enterprise workflows to enhance adaptability, autonomy, and real-time decision-making.
  
  Lead implementation lifecycles from planning to deployment, including documentation and user training.
  
  Apply deep knowledge of OCR, Web Automation, Windows Automation, Email Automation, XML, REST API, and Mainframe command-based automation.
  
  Work across multiple ERP and workflow platforms, including ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, and Smartsheet.
  
  Create and maintain high-quality, reusable automation code using tools like MetaBOT.
  
  Ensure projects align with Agile development practices and maintain thorough documentation.

  Minimum Qualifications
  
  10+ years of professional experience in automation technologies.
  
  2+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath.
  
  Proven experience with Agentic AI tools and frameworks, integrating autonomous AI agents into business workflows.
  
  Strong expertise in:
  
  OCR, Web, Windows, and Email Automation
  
  REST APIs, XML, and Mainframe automation
  
  Modular, reusable automation development
  
  Experience leading the full automation lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  
  Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  Preferred Qualifications
  
  Certified as:
  
  UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer
  
  UiPath Certified Professional Specialized AI Associate
  
  Experience with MetaBOT and modular bot design.
  
  Proficiency in .NET, Java, JavaScript, or VBScript.
  
  Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  
  Advanced skills in Excel and Macros.
  
  Passionate advocate for automation, championing the adoption of RPA + Agentic AI across the enterprise.
