About the Role
We are seeking a Principal Solution Architect to lead enterprise solution architecture design and strategy, supporting our rapid growth and digital transformation vision. This role will partner with business, product, and technology teams to create scalable, secure, and future-ready architectures that deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise solution architecture modeling and design across domains, focusing on domain-driven, API-first solutions.

Develop multi-year architectural blueprints and modernization roadmaps for enterprise platforms.

Collaborate early in product lifecycles to define functional and non-functional design requirements.

Partner with portfolio and program management teams to define value streams, enabler epics, and architectural runway.

Promote DevSecOps, continuous delivery pipelines, and reusable patterns to drive efficiency.

Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, governance, and compliance models.

Provide architectural leadership for M&A due diligence, system migrations, and large-scale conversions.
Requirements
-
8+ years in IT design/implementation, with 5+ years as a Solution Architect.

Strong expertise in application development, APIs, middleware, databases, integration, and security.

2+ years of cloud experience (AWS preferred; Azure secondary).

Hands-on experience with monolith-to-cloud migrations, DevOps tools, containerization, and automated deployments.

Proficiency in .NET, Angular, REST APIs, Python, Oracle/PLSQL, MongoDB.

Excellent communication skills with ability to present architectural solutions to executives.
Domain Expertise

Financial Services experience, ideally in compliance, supervision, and regulatory oversight (FinRA, SEC).

Ability to define current and future state architectures and guide modernization.
Preferred Qualifications

AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

Prior experience in wealth management or brokerage technology.

Exposure to AI/ML use cases.
