Detailed Job Description:
- 10+ years of experience managing / developing advertising technology product lines with a proven track record of bringing highly technical products to market.
- Extensive experience collaborating with engineering teams to achieve product goals.
- Proven success managing offshore resources, including development and quality assurance teams.
- Deep technical background in the advertising technology space, with a strong understanding of industry trends and innovations.
- Data-driven decision-making, with the ability to leverage metrics and analytics to inform product strategy.
- Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including: Ad servers and ad exchanges. Real-time bidding (RTB) and programmatic advertising.
- Connected TV (CTV) and Over-the-top (OTT) advertising.
- Addressable advertising and audience targeting.
- Data management platforms (DMPs) and customer data platforms (CDPs).
- Familiarity with ad measurement and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in analysing data to identify trends and insights.
- Ability to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience with data visualization tools and reporting.
- Understanding of API's.
- Familiarity with cloud based technologies.
