Description
We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Lansing, Michigan. In this role, you will provide technical support and ensure the seamless operation of educational technology systems in a dynamic environment. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position, offering the opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions at the intersection of education and technology.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to learning systems, including managing user accounts, enrollments, and course configurations.
Handle tier 2 support tickets, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Conduct routine audits to maintain data integrity and ensure consistent system entries.
Document workflows and update procedural guides to enhance system usability.
Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline processes and reduce manual workload.
Test and evaluate new technologies and features for successful implementation.
Provide training to staff through live sessions and recorded materials.
Assist in the design and deployment of new tools, features, and processes to meet evolving program needs.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards across all platforms.
Stay updated on advancements in educational technology, automation, and AI trends.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Educational Technology, or a related field-or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Student Information Systems, Learning Management Systems, or similar platforms.
At least 2 years of experience providing technical support or help desk services.
Strong familiarity with AI tools, automation, and process optimization.
Proven ability to deliver training sessions in both live and virtual formats.
Knowledge of auditing practices and system documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environments, file management, and system security.
Understanding of accessibility standards, user experience principles, and backend system functionalities.
