Security Engineer II, Operational Technology (OT) - Any US ADM location
This is an exempt level position.
The organization would consider placing this position in any large ADM manufacturing facility. Potential locations include: Quincy IL, Des Moines IA, Cedar Rapids IA, Clinton IA, Marshall MN, Columbus NE, Valdosta, GA. Other large ADM manufacturing locations are open for consideration.
Position Summary:
As a key member of the Operational Technology (OT) team, you will be responsible for advancing the capabilities and performance of our cyber security platforms within the ADM OT/Process Automation (PA) environment.
You will work closely with OT engineers and PA engineers, and partner with key business segments, Global Technology (GT, which is ADM's IT dept.), and your global OT peers to provide enhanced plant support and high-quality project delivery.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Symantec Endpoint Protection in the iDMZ and process security zones
- Manage and reduce vulnerabilities within the iDMZ and process security zones
- Implement and manage effective and secure policies
- Implement and support ACL deployments on process firewalls
- Review and verify the security on implementations of new systems
- Verify roles based access controls within the iDMZ and process
- Keep up-to-date documentation of security standards and policies
- Manage and enforce the standards regarding the iDMZ and process security zones
- Carry out continuous personal development, ensuring technical skills are kept up to date and non-technical skills are gained and improved
- Provide boots on the ground support for ADM plants -emergency and break fix, planned installations, limited personal computer/end user support, etc.
- Some travel and on-call work are expected as part of this position
- Ability to manage the maintenance and upgrades of anti-virus software in an enterprise level
- Experience in creating and managing security policies within anti-virus software such as Symantec Endpoint Protection
- Highly motivated, self-starter
- Comfortable working with cross-functional global teams
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Must have the ability to skillfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and succeed in an environment of competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment; willingness to learn new skills and take direction from other team members; and ability to organize information and manage time efficiently
- Experience in supporting plant operations and 24/7 operating requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- Experience supporting enterprise-level technology operations and services, including experience with vulnerability management and remediation
- Ability to travel or work on-call as needed
- Experience with cyber security procedures in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in a technical discipline such as computer science, engineering, etc.
- Active Directory experience
