JOB TITLE: SAP eWM Configuration Analyst
JOB LOCATION: Memphis, TN
JOB DURATION: Full-Time W2
COMPENSATION and BENEFITS: Base Salary, Bonus, Relocation
THE CHALLENGE:
The SAP eWM Configuration Analyst will play a supporting role to the lead Product Owner, focusing on translating business requirements into actionable items for the product backlog and configuring system functionality. This involves understanding business needs, designing and crafting detailed requirements, and ensuring alignment with objectives, particularly concerning Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other automation solutions.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Translate user needs and functional workflows into detailed configuration requirements.
Develop use cases, manage user stories, and visualize process flows.
Configure eWM functionality to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure functional requirements are effectively implemented, enhancing user experience.
Stay ahead of development sprints, ensuring feature readiness and alignment with sprint goals.
Communicate the vision to developers and testers and participate in User Acceptance Testing.
Document business processes and configure WMS for optimization.
Align backlog priorities with business needs and track progress through metrics and reports.
Manage dependencies and collaborate with other teams as needed.
Ensure compliance with SDLC documentation and system configuration.
Utilize configuration expertise in SAP eWR applications and other SAP WMS systems for local and global systems.
Domain Expertise:
Hands-on SAP eWM configuration experience and knowledge of transaction codes.
Understanding of industry practices and technology principles.
Proficiency in gathering requirements and shaping product visions.
Deep knowledge of business processes and digital product delivery.
Experience managing product backlogs and team metrics.
Proficiency in developing systems to enhance global warehouse systems.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5 years of experience or Master's in STEM with 3 years of experience, preferably in Computer Science or Supply Chain.
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP/WM/eWM, WMS, WCS, and TMS configuration.
Hands-on SAP eWM configuration experience and knowledge of transaction codes.
